How to Request an NDA

If you require an NDA before proceeding with any discussions or business dealings, please follow these steps:

1. Download Our Standard NDA
   Alternatively, feel free to send us your own NDA document.
2. Send Your NDA
   If you have your own NDA, please email it to us at info@hygradecasting.com.au for review and signing. We will respond promptly to discuss any necessary revisions or sign the document as requested.
3. Sign and Return
   Once we’ve reviewed and agreed to the terms, we will sign the NDA and send a copy back to you for your records. The signed NDA can be returned via email or mail, whichever you prefer.

Key Information about Our NDA Process

• Confidentiality Assurance: We understand the importance of keeping your information private. Any confidential details shared with us will be treated with the utmost care and in accordance with the NDA terms.
• Timing: We aim to review, sign, and return NDAs as quickly as possible, generally within 2 business days. If any additional discussions are needed, we will communicate with you directly.
• Limitations of Liability: We are happy to discuss any specific clauses you’d like to include, including the duration of confidentiality, non-compete clauses, or other terms. We aim to be flexible while ensuring mutual protection.
