We do not provide service pricing or metal rates over the phone or via email. Every client, workflow, and production requirement is assessed individually to ensure alignment, capability, and expectations are clearly defined.

Security Notice

For safety and security reasons, we do not keep, hold, or store bullion bars (gold, platinum, silver, palladium etc), minted coins, semi-finished or finished jewellery, gemstones/diamonds, or cash at our publicly listed address. This site is strictly for client wax drop-offs and administration only.

All visits to our public address are strictly by appointment. Photo ID and trade references are required for verification before any appointment can be confirmed. No visitors are permitted without prior approval under any circumstances (arriving unannounced will result in denied entry).

We operate strict security measures, including monitored alarms and CCTV. For confidentiality and safety, we do not disclose the locations of our casting operations.
