Casting Turn-Around Times

Turn-Around Times:

Once waxes are physically in our hands either from printing from our end (usually 2-5 business days off the printer depending on our backlog) OR if clients are sending us their own waxes, turn-around times vary based on:

Our production workload at the time of job submission
Type of metal required
Post-Processing options (if selected)

Scheduling Rules:

We do not cast on Sundays or Mondays.
All raw castings undergo 8 stages of standard post-processing, invoiced at day’s end.
Advanced & Ultimate post-processing services powered by OTEC (if selected) require additional time.
If you have a medium-high volume production of non-regular metals (below), please contact us as we may be able to provide a faster turnaround time.

We Do Not Cast

Non-Standard Australian karats such as 8k, 12k, 21k, 23k etc.
Base metals such as: Brass, Copper, Stainless Steel, Titanium, Tungsten etc
Platinum – in development, expected 2027

Security Notice

For safety and security reasons, we do not keep, hold, or store cash, loose gemstones, diamonds, or finished jewellery at our publicly listed address. This location is used exclusively for client wax drop-offs, trade consultations, administrative activities, and related business operations. All visits are strictly by appointment only. Entry will not be granted to unannounced visitors under any circumstances. The premises are protected by comprehensive security measures, including, but not limited to, monitored alarm systems and CCTV surveillance.
