Ordering, Payment & Shipping Process

Due to the nature of our business, we operate under strict protocols to ensure security, efficiency, and traceability.

How to Place an Order

High-Volume Clients: If you produce 25+ pieces per week, please contact us to arrange a meeting and discuss your requirements in detail.

Low-Volume New Clients: Follow this straightforward process below:

Step 1: Submit your job details via the Get a Quote page to receive a quote and lead time.

Step 2: (if supplying wax models): Drop off your waxes at our Chullora office by appointment only.

Step 3: Once casting and post-processing are complete, you will be invoiced on the day the job is finished.

Step 4: Once payment is confirmed cleared, your castings will be released for collection/shipping.

After your first job, you can simply email your STL files directly for repeat orders.

Facility & Office Access

All manufacturing is conducted in our large-scale, secure facility in suburban Sydney. Our Chullora office is administration, for safety and security reasons we do not disclose the location of our casting operations.

All visits to our Chullora office are strictly by appointment only, trade references required as we practice a strong vetting process. No un-announced visits (you will be denied entry without a prior appointment).

Security Notice

For safety and security reasons, we do not keep, hold, or store bullion bars (gold, platinum, silver, palladium etc), minted coins, semi-finished or finished jewellery, gemstones/diamonds, or cash at our publicly listed address. This site is strictly for client wax drop-offs and administration only.

All visits to our public address are strictly by appointment. Photo ID and trade references are required for verification before any appointment can be confirmed. No visitors are permitted without prior approval under any circumstances (arriving unannounced will result in denied entry).

We operate strict security measures, including monitored alarms and CCTV. For confidentiality and safety, we do not disclose the locations of our casting operations.
