Before submitting a quote request, please familiarise yourself with all of the tabs above as the information in each tab explains everything you need to know. If a certain karat or metal is not listed in the casting tab (ie 10k or Platinum), it means we don’t cast it. If submitting an STL file to us, we cannot stress enough to read through the CAD Tech tab (above) first.

We do not provide: CAD services (including fixing up poor STL files), engraving, hallmarking, setting, finishing or polishing services so please do not ask us for those services. We only print, cast and provide optional post-processing services.

To receive a fast, accurate quote, complete the form below with all required details. We typically respond within 2-4 business hours, Monday to Friday, between 11am and 5pm (AEST, excluding public holidays). For multiple items, please email the requested information (as per the below form) to info@hygradecasting.com.au and please include your business name in the email.

Note: Incomplete or unclear submissions will not receive a response. We cannot quote based on missing, vague, or assumed details.
