Before submitting a quote request, please familiarise yourself with: the services we offer, service fees we charge, technical requirements for STL files and ordering process via the above tabs on our website. If a service is not listed on our website (ie CAD designing services, engraving services, finishing services, polishing services, plating services & hallmarking) it means we do not provide those services so please do not ask us for those services.
To receive a fast, accurate quote, complete the form below with all required details. We typically respond within 1–2 business hours, Monday to Friday, between 11am and 5pm (AEST, excluding public holidays).
For multiple items, please email the requested information (as per this form) to info@hygradecasting.com.au
Note: Incomplete or unclear submissions will not receive a response. We cannot quote based on missing, vague, or assumed details.
Our casting services are designed for professional jewellers and registered businesses who understand the technical processes, workflows, and standards involved in precision precious metal casting. If you're a hobbyist, casual maker, or not currently operating under a business with an ABN, please understand that we do not offer personalised guidance, design advice, or assistance with open-ended or undeveloped ideas. We cast hundreds of pieces daily for professional trade clients — from boutique jewellers to high-volume manufacturers — and our systems are built to support streamlined, production-level workflows. As such, we’re unable to engage in extended back-and-forth discussions or explain the fundamentals of casting or CAD preparation. That said, we do offer services to non-business clients who fully understand the technical requirements outlined across our website and do not require 'the casting process' to be explained. If you meet this criteria, you're welcome to request a quote. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you hold off until you're ready to engage at a professional level.
