Before requesting a quote, please review all tabs above, everything you need to know is explained there. If a metal or karat (e.g. 23K or Platinum) isn’t listed in the form below, we do not offer it. For STL submissions, read the CAD Tech page first; it’s essential!

We do not provide CAD design, file repair, engraving, hallmarking, stone setting, polishing, or finishing. We strictly offer printing, casting, and post-processing services. To receive a fast and accurate quote, complete the form below in full. We typically respond within 2-4 business hours, Mon–Fri, 11am–5pm (AEST, excluding public holidays). For multiple items, email all required details (as per the form) to info@hygradecasting.com.au and include your business name and ABN.

Important: Incomplete or vague requests will not be answered. We do not quote from missing, unclear, or assumed information.

Security Notice

For safety and security reasons, we do not keep, hold, or store bullion bars (gold, platinum, silver, palladium etc), minted coins, semi-finished or finished jewellery, gemstones/diamonds, or cash at our publicly listed address. This site is strictly for client wax drop-offs and administration only.

All visits to our public address are strictly by appointment. Photo ID and trade references are required for verification before any appointment can be confirmed. No visitors are permitted without prior approval under any circumstances (arriving unannounced will result in denied entry).

We operate strict security measures, including monitored alarms and CCTV. For confidentiality and safety, we do not disclose the locations of our casting operations.
