Shipping Policy

All castings are shipped via Australia Post Express with signature on delivery and insurance coverage up to $5,000 per parcel. We do not offer regular post, non-signed delivery, or uninsured shipping under any circumstances.

For example:

Orders valued at $2,500 will be shipped as a single insured parcel.
Orders exceeding $5,000 are split into multiple parcels, each insured separately (e.g., a $5,500 order will be shipped as two parcels).

Shipping Costs:

Single parcel: $20 + GST (includes signature on delivery)
Insurance: $15 + GST per $1,000 of insured value (rounded up)

Example: A $1,500 parcel: $30 + GST insurance + $20 + GST shipping = $50 + GST total.

Non-Negotiable Shipping Terms:

All shipments must be insured and signed for. No exceptions.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, GPO Boxes, Locked Bags, Parcel Lockers, or collection points.
Deliveries must be to a physical address with someone present to sign.

These measures ensure integrity, traceability, and peace of mind for all shipments. We do not chase parcels or entertain disputes arising from uninsured deliveries.

Security Notice

For safety and security reasons, we do not keep, hold, or store bullion bars (gold, platinum, silver, palladium etc), minted coins, semi-finished or finished jewellery, gemstones/diamonds, or cash at our publicly listed address. This site is strictly for client wax drop-offs and administration only.

All visits to our public address are strictly by appointment. Photo ID and trade references are required for verification before any appointment can be confirmed. No visitors are permitted without prior approval under any circumstances (arriving unannounced will result in denied entry).

We operate strict security measures, including monitored alarms and CCTV. For confidentiality and safety, we do not disclose the locations of our casting operations.
